These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Chameleon Group Inc. (Hereinafter referred to as ”Chameleon Associates”). Chameleon Associates online course. This Courseware is copyrighted: No part of these online trainings may be copied or reproduced in any form or by any means without the permission in writing from Violation of these laws will lead to prosecution.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Chameleon Associates shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of using, copying, distributing, or downloading the courses. In no event shall Chameleon Associates be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage (including loss of business, revenue, profits, use, data or other economic advantage) however it arises, whether for breach or in tort, even if Chameleon Associates has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage.
Every effort has been made to ensure complete and accurate information concerning the material presented in the course. However, Chameleon Associates cannot be held legally responsible for any mistakes in faulty instructions contained within the online training programs.

You agree to hold Chameleon Associates harmless from, and you covenant not to sue Chameleon Associates for, any claims based on using the Chameleon Associates online course.

REFUNDS POLICY

Customer support must receive all requests for refunds, replacements, and adjustments via email or an online request within 7 days after purchase. Refunds, replacements, adjustments will be considered for:

• Accounts that have not been utilized whatsoever; therefore if you have already used your account then you will not be entitled to a refund.
• Technical problems resulting in you not being able to view courseware.

Customer support must receive written notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem in order for a refund, replacement or adjustment to be considered.

Refunds/Replacements/Adjustments will NOT be considered for:

• Slow performance. The course material is designed to perform best at a 28880-connection rate, or better. However, we have no control over Internet bandwidth, which can affect performance, causing brief delays in the download speeds for the courses and display of the HTML pages.
• Reduction in subscription duration or downgrading of course access.

While we are happy to renew subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for accounts that have been partially used in any way.

We highly recommend that you view the course demos before placing an order. By doing so, you can make sure that the course that you want to buy meets your expectations.

MEMBERSHIP RESTRICTIONS

Each member of the online course is granted a unique user ID and password which is used to gain access to the materials therein. Under NO circumstances whatsoever may any registered user share or distribute their user IDs or passwords to third parties. Any breach of this term will result in the immediate suspension of the account.

Members are granted permission to produce a single hard copy of the training course for their own use only.
Under NO circumstances whatsoever shall members distribute the courseware contained within the online course. Each course is individually licensed to be used from ONE internet protocol (IP) per 24 hours and any member found in breach of this term shall have their account suspended immediately.

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Members are required to have an installed working version of Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5 or above.

Members are required to have an installed working copy of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 or above. The web pages are not guaranteed to display in any other format.  However, the course can be viewed on other web browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome and more.

GENERAL USE RESTRICTIONS

All information, documents, products, software, and services (“Materials”) provided in the online course were provided by Chameleon Associates and are the copyrighted work of Chameleon Associates. Except as stated herein, none of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed or republished in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior express written permission of Chameleon Associates.

No part of the online course, including logos, graphics, or images, may reproduced or retransmitted in any way, or by any means, without the prior express written permission of Chameleon Associates. You also may not, without the prior express written permission from Chameleon Associates, "mirror" any Material contained on this Website on any other server.

Any unauthorized use of any Materials contained on the online course may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Chameleon Associates is not responsible for the content of those sites.
